Overview

  • You can delete an entire bank statement, as well as individual statement lines.
  • You can also opt to delete any transactions the statement lines were reconciled against.

Warning

Deleted bank statements can't be restored. If you delete a statement in error, you'll need to manually import it again.

  1. In the Accounting menu, select Bank accounts.
  2. Find the bank account you want to delete the bank statement from.
Click Manage Account and select Bank Statements.

  4. From the list of statements, click the date of the statement you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete Entire Statement, found at the bottom of the list of statement lines.
  6. (Optional) If you want to delete reconciled transactions, select Also delete reconciled transactions for this statement.
  7. Click Delete to confirm.

Tip

If you don't get the option to delete reconciled transactions, you'll have to delete the account transactions separately.
