Address fields | Right-click “Validate Address” (“Post Code Lookup”)

Overview:

The user will now have the option to validate the client's delivery and postal addresses. 

This is especially important to with regards to the POPI act to ensure that the client's details are correct. 

Validate an address in IQ anywhere in the system (wherever there’s an address field) by right clicking on the field and

selecting “Validate Address” (Image 2).

To use this feature, the module/ feature “Konnect Location Service” will need to be registered and the web service “Konnect Services” configured in Module Parameters > Services > Web Services.
